Installation Guide

Mount the machine on a stable bench, align the wire reels so the feed path is straight and keep reel drag low enough for consistent feeding. Load both wires according to the roller and guide path, then run a short test batch and measure the finished lengths before starting production. Adjust feeding pressure only enough to prevent slip; excessive pressure can mark soft insulation. Keep the cutter area clean, replace worn blades when cut quality deteriorates and segregate finished wire batches by size, colour and job number to prevent harness mix-ups.
