Verify the board's B-, P-/C- or equivalent terminal markings, the balance-harness pin order, whether balancing is included and the continuous current requirement of the finished pack. If the battery will power a motor or inverter with high startup current, confirm surge behavior separately instead of assuming the 20A label covers every transient condition.

Installation Guide

Before connecting the BMS, identify each cell-group point and verify its voltage with a meter. Connect the balance leads in the specified order, then check cumulative voltage before plugging the harness into the board. Wire the separate charge and discharge ports exactly as shown for the TDT model. Use cable cross-sections, connectors and fuse protection sized for the expected current. Insulate the board from conductive surfaces and monitor the first charge/discharge cycles for abnormal heating, unexpected cutoff or cell-voltage spread.
