Installation Guide

Inspect the cable, connector and electrodes before use. Install matching electrode pins and keep both tips clean and aligned. Test welding parameters on sample cells/strip before working on a finished pack. Hold the pen squarely so both tips contact the material with similar pressure. Avoid repeated welding in one location, which can overheat the cell terminal. Replace worn tips when weld marks become inconsistent. When changing pins or servicing the pen, disconnect the welding machine from power and stored energy according to the welder manual.
