Installation Guide

Prepare the battery pack before shrinking. Cover sharp nickel edges, busbars, screw terminals and conductive corners with suitable insulation so they cannot puncture the PVC film. Cut the sleeve cleanly, center the pack inside it and apply heat gradually with an appropriate heat gun or controlled shrinking process. Move the heat source continuously so one area does not overheat while another remains loose. Inspect the finished sleeve for wrinkles, holes, split seams and exposed conductive areas. Do not use direct flame, and do not heat sensitive battery components beyond their verified temperature limits.
