Technical Details

Installation Guide

Disconnect the battery from charge and load before installing the balance harness. Connect the cell taps in sequence and verify each step with a multimeter before plugging the harness into the balancer. Route balance cables away from high-current conductors and sharp edges, and secure them so vibration cannot pull on the connector. Configure chemistry, series count and balancing parameters in the supported application before active equalization. During initial operation, monitor cell voltages and connector temperature.
