The NEEY 19S 2A active balancer is a cell-equalization module for battery projects using 19 series-connected cell groups. Use a dedicated BMS for charge, discharge and fault protection. Persistent voltage drift also calls for checks of cell condition, contact resistance and charger settings, rather than relying on equalization alone.

Follow the connection diagram for the actual board. Keep the harness disconnected from the module while connecting the cell taps, and meter-check the tap order before insertion.
