JBD LFP BMS 19S 40A ZP20S007
The JBD LFP BMS 19S 40A ZP20S007 is a 19S 40A lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4 / LFP) Battery Management System designed for 60.8V nominal battery packs that need dedicated electrical protection. It combines cell-group voltage supervision with hardware power-path control to support dependable charging and discharging in backup power, e-mobility, energy-storage, robotics and custom battery-pack applications.
This 19S LiFePO4 BMS is built around 19 cell groups connected in series, giving approximately 60.8V nominal pack voltage. The 40A designation identifies the product current class and positions the board for battery systems with corresponding charge/discharge requirements. As a hardware BMS, the board sits directly in the battery protection path, monitors the series cell groups and controls the charge/discharge circuit when electrical limits are reached. The result is a clear 19S / 40A configuration that is easy to integrate into production packs, service replacements, prototype builds and OEM battery assemblies.
JBD ZP20S007 is documented as a 16S-20S hardware BMS family in the medium-current class, with common-port operation and cell balancing in reviewed configurations. Core protection functions include overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection, helping the BMS supervise the cell stack and control the battery power path during abnormal electrical conditions. The 19S architecture supports cell-group voltage supervision across the complete series string, while the compact hardware format keeps the protection electronics close to the battery interconnects. This is especially useful in battery enclosures where efficient space use, short current paths, organized sense wiring and serviceable construction are important. For the 40A product class, the BMS forms part of the complete electrical protection system together with the battery cells, pack fuse, conductors, busbars or nickel interconnects, charger and connected load. The series-specific design makes the board a practical choice for professional battery assemblers who want a dedicated LiFePO4 protection board instead of a communication-heavy universal controller.
The JBD LFP BMS 19S 40A ZP20S007 is intended for 19S LiFePO4 battery packs in the 40A product class. It can be integrated with cylindrical, pouch or prismatic cells when those cells are assembled into the corresponding 19-series battery architecture. The 60.8V nominal reference places the pack in the 60V/64V-class market segment, making the product relevant to common searches for a 19S 40A LiFePO4 BMS, 60V/64V-class lithium battery management system, hardware BMS and lithium battery protection board in India. Its defined series/current format supports new battery builds, replacement BMS projects, prototype packs and OEM assemblies while keeping the product identity straightforward for purchasing and production teams.
Applications
• 60.8V nominal LiFePO4 battery packs for 60V/64V-class mobility and power systems
• Electric scooters, motorcycles, utility vehicles and traction battery assemblies
• Industrial robots, AGVs and material-handling battery systems
• Solar storage, backup power and custom high-energy battery packs
• OEM lithium battery manufacturing and service-replacement applications
Installation Guide
For professional battery-pack assembly, install the BMS according to the terminal markings and wiring diagram supplied for the board. Connect battery negative and the cell-sense points in sequence, then complete the pack-output and charging connections using the marked B-, P- and C- terminals or the common/two-port arrangement provided on the variant. Use appropriately sized conductors, nickel or busbar interconnects, secure insulation and a correctly rated pack fuse. After assembly, commission the battery with a compatible LiFePO4 charger and a controlled load so the complete pack can be observed under normal charge and discharge operation.
