The JBD ZP20S006 19S 100A LiFePO4 BMS is a battery-management board configured for a nineteen-series LFP battery pack with a 100A current class. The ZP20S006 platform supports high-series lithium battery applications across the 16-20S range, making the 19S configuration suitable for a properly matched LiFePO4 pack. The BMS sits between the battery cells and the external load/charger so that cell voltages, pack current and temperature-related conditions can be managed through the protection logic of the BMS.

For a 19S LiFePO4 pack, the BMS must monitor nineteen individual series cell groups. Correct balance-wire sequencing is therefore critical: every sense lead represents a different point in the pack and must be connected in the correct order before the BMS is placed into service.

Installation Guide

Install the cell-sense harness in the specified sequence and verify each incremental voltage with a meter before connecting it to the BMS. Use appropriately sized main cables and low-resistance terminations for the intended current. Mount the board where it is electrically insulated, mechanically secure and able to dissipate heat according to the pack design. After assembly, test charge cutoff, discharge cutoff, current behavior and temperature sensing before the battery is released for normal operation.
