Installation Guide

Install the press on a rigid workbench and secure it according to the machine instructions. Fit the approved applicator or die, set the crimp height/shut height using the tooling procedure and test the setup using sample terminals and the actual production wire. Check conductor strip length and insertion position before running a batch. Keep hands outside the crimp area, use the fitted guard and emergency controls, and never adjust tooling while the machine is energized.
