The DALY Smart BMS LFP 23S 80A is a communication-capable battery management system for compatible twenty-three-series LiFePO4 battery packs. A 23S LFP pack uses twenty-three nominal 3.2V cell groups in series, placing the battery in the approximately 73.6V nominal class. The 80A current designation makes this model relevant to higher-power energy-storage, EV and industrial battery systems when the cells, busbars, wiring, connectors, fuse protection and thermal design are all sized for the same operating current.

A smart BMS combines the core protection role of a battery management system with monitoring and communication functions. Installation Guide

Connect the 23 balance leads in the correct sequence and verify every voltage step before inserting the harness. Use the recommended high-current cable size, lugs and fuse protection for the final pack. Mount the BMS on an insulated surface with enough airflow for thermal management. Connect CAN/UART/RS485 accessories only to the port intended for that interface. During commissioning, verify cell count, chemistry, current limits, protection settings and communication data before applying the full system load.
