DALY SMART ACTIVE BALANCER 24S 1A
The DALY 24S 1A smart active balancer provides active cell equalization for a battery pack with 24 series-connected cell groups. It helps keep cell-group voltages closer together by redistributing energy within the pack. Smart control makes this model useful where balancing settings and cell information form part of the battery commissioning workflow.
The balancing circuit operates at up to 1A. This is the equalization-current rating, separate from the current supplied to an inverter, motor or other load. A pack can lose usable capacity when one group reaches its voltage limit ahead of the others. Active balancing addresses charge differences between groups, while cell condition and connection quality still determine the underlying pack performance. Smart functions are accessed through the supported DALY communication arrangement.
In a 24S pack, the balancer connects across 24 successive cell groups. Each group may contain parallel cells, but the series count stays 24. Choose the balancer by this series layout, not by the total number of individual cells. Match the unit to the battery chemistry, full operating voltage and BMS series count. Use the communication accessories specified for that DALY revision. The module complements the pack's BMS; charge, discharge, temperature and short-circuit protection remain responsibilities of the protection system.

Installation Guide
