DALY CAN MODULE

Installation Guide

Power down the battery system before connecting the communication module unless the DALY manual for the exact model states otherwise. Verify the BMS communication port, cable orientation, CAN-H, CAN-L, ground and any module supply pins. CAN networks may require termination resistance at the ends of the bus, so follow the host and BMS documentation rather than adding termination arbitrarily. Route communication cable away from high-current switching conductors where possible and avoid ground loops. After connection, verify that the host reads plausible pack values before enabling system-level control functions.
