Installation Guide

For professional battery-pack assembly, install the BMS using the terminal labels and wiring diagram supplied for the board. Connect the battery negative and cell-sense points in sequence, then complete the pack output and charging connections according to the marked B-, P- and C- terminals where present. Use appropriately sized conductors, nickel or bus connections, secure insulation and a correctly rated fuse. After assembly, commission the battery with a compatible NMC/lithium-ion charger and a controlled load so the complete pack can be checked under normal operating conditions.
